So Sorry I haven't kept up on my blog

Hi
So sorry I haven't kept up with this blog until today. So much has happened and I must admitt my life was in some turmoil until now.
Hmmm where to begin? Well I'm divorced as of October (my choice) and luckily we are still friends. We grew apart and wanted different things out of life. It was very difficult to make the cut after 14 years of marriage. My scrapbooking took a back burner while trying to straighten out the mess.
I'm back though and will be putting up a graphic 45 album shortly. I found this lady in the U.K. She had some great tutorials I followed and I learned some new tricks and tips.
I really like the way it turned out and hope you do too.
I will be updating frequently and posting new pages, cards and albums so please stop by often.
I hope you have a great day and make something creative!
God Bless

Visit The family in Ohio

Hi all, well I met my husbands family in Ohio this week and they were awesome. They were the warmest people I think I've ever met in my whole life. I was so nervous before we went but now I almost feel silly for feeling that way.
We also went to the football hall of fame in Canton Ohio and that was super cool! It's been a really nice time so far. Now we're in Pittsburgh at the ACI convention which stands for the American Concrete Institute Convention. My husband is an integral part of the concrete world and absolutely gets engrossed in this stuff. I just sit back and do my digital scrap booking and play my xbox while here and site see a bit.
I am missing my dogs terribly though and can't wait to see them on Thursday along with my mother. Who every time I leave her I'm amazed at how much I miss her. I didn't bring any scrap booking stuff along either and I'm going through with drawls. The digital stuff just isn't the same to me.
Oh hey folks I'm now officially a Stampin Up demonstrator and I'm super excited about that as well.
So I can meet any of your stamp, paper, glue, dimensions or several other scrap booking needs.
Well this is just a short check in but can't wait to get home to post some new projects and cards, bye for now and hope you do something creative today.

Well I went to the shower and the Peanut gift turned out to great! She loved it.Whew do I feel better. The shower was really nice too. The women I met were all lovely and we had a great time. Natalie received some amazing presents. She received all her bedding for her baby's room her high chair and all kinds of other wonderful gifts. My Mom would say she "She made out like a bandit".

I'm going to be making tear bears this weak and putting them up on YouTube and EBay. I'll put them on here as well so you can see what I'm up too. I think I'll make a baby book and put tear bears on it and try to sell one and see how well it does. If you have any requests please feel free to ask me so I can give it a try. We do, do  custom orders so keep that in mind for Christmas and Christmas cards.

Oh yeah and we now sell the Sampin up line so if there is any paper or stamps you're interested in please don't hesitate to give us a buzz. If you have any questions at all please give us a call at 281-381-1014 if we don't answer leave a message and we will call you back during the hours you tell us to call you.

I'm really excited about this Stampin Up line it's Quality and they're now selling material. Is that not groovy? I think that's pretty slick. The stamps are top of the line and the card stock is incredible. It will make any page look crisp and clean and really pop. I'm so jazzed about the whole thing I hope you guys will be too.
Anyway I hope this week is a good one and everyone has as productive one as what we've started out to have. We've made at least 12 tear bears and they're so cute. So peace for now ( no still haven't heard from my son since he left speaking of peace just praying he's safe ) by for now.

Well good afternoon everyone. Today is the day I give my Baby shower gift to my girlfriend. I can't believe I'm admiting this but I'm a we bit nervous about giving it to her. She only mentioned in passing that they'd nick named their daughter to be peanut. I'm a little nervous she won't remember telling me.That scares me alot and I'm afraid she won't like it after viewing some of the other books on Youtube. Oh my were they fabulous. Oh well I did my best and that's what counts I hope....

The Texans are loosing horibly so I can't watch the beating any more and their my team. Today seems to be going not so good. I did decorate the bag for the gift though and it turned out pretty cute I'll post it and so did the card I'll post that too.

I'm thinking about making another video this time a how too either on the Cricut Imagine or on making the flowers that are on the bag and card. What would ya'll rather see? I'll leave a spot for you to reply and I'll go from there. How does that sound?

Delightful Designs By D

Hi everyone welcome all. The purpose of this site is to share some of my projects with all of you and also get a small scrapbook buisness off the ground.
My Husband and I come from a town in Texas called the Woodlands and it looks exactly like it sounds. Lots of trees every where and some what hard to find stores if your new to town due to everything being hid behind the trees but it's very pretty. It's very hot here but very pretty. We've been married for twelve years and I must say he is my best friend and spoils me rotten.
Our scrapbook room is above the 3 car garage therefore it's huge and still packed to the gills.
Cricut machines everywhere and chipboard we love to use and it looks great on the pages.
Tear Bears are our specialty and we will take special orders  if we have advance notice and time.
We've been scrapbooking for 7 years and love to do it.
Our children are all grown so we love scrapping for other peoples. We pride ourselves on quality and the smallest of details, such as outline and adding ribbon when others think the page is done or could be done..
Oh yes my 75 year old mother lives with us. Her hobby is T. V. watching she is a profesional T.V. watcher and sometimes we won't see her for hours on end. We like to tease her and say she lives in the bat cave because she hides in there. LOL We love her dearly though and can't imagine life without her.
I  have two grown boys one that lives here in Houston whom works on vaccumm cleaners and sells vaccumm cleaners and is also an inventor. He's an absolute genuis and has a lovely girl friend I abssolutely adore.
My other son is in Afganistan in the Air Force doing who knows what. So I bite my nails and dig into progects trying not to think about it and say lots of prayers. We just got him back From Irac and now off he goes again.
My Husband is in concrete and runs a very large concrete buisness here in Houston and loves his job. whistles when he comes home from work which is really refreshing. I'm so glad I have a happy husband.
So that's a bit about us I hope I get to hear about all of you here in the future and see some of your projects too.
